06-02-2012: Eagle Tree shipment came in today. Same new Eagle Tree products will put online tomorrow! New Fatshark shipment is expected within 2 week. new shipment with pocketsize TX adn RX will be expected in 10 days. Also expect new shipment of Feiyu Tech soon. cant tell any date yet, need to wait for a tracking code. Within a couple of months many new products will be added as well, did some very good deals on the toyfair in Germany.
We will also add Graupner transmitters and receivers to our inventory soon. And we will focus on FPV crawlers as well. like we say, we have some good deals coming soon...

02-02-2012: As told before, we are on the ToyFair in Germany. Normally we can do emails but we have a connetion problem with our mailserver. we cant answer emails now untill this is solved. Sunday we are home again and willgo through our emails.

01-02-2012: We are attending the German Toyfair in Nurnberg wednesday, thursday and friday. We dont ship out order those days. Orders will be shipped again monday after the next weekend. Orders will still be processed during that time.!

31-01-2012: Scherrer UHF 12ch receivers will take a little longer to get back in stock. They are working hard to have a new version ready which is improved. There will also be a boosted version for the 12ch receivers. technical info will follow soon. Now we have to wait untill they are finished. The 9ch V2 versions are in stock.

28-01-2012: On request we can ship out with UPS as well. this is not automated yet in our store so we have to do that manually. UPS shipments will cost a bit more but are more secure, faster and better then the standard TnTpost / PostNL services. So if you want it shipped different, please let us know and we tell you the extra costs...

Also expect this week are shipments from IFtron, Eagle Tree and AvionicsRC. We hope to get an update on ImmersionRC begin 2th week of februari.

25-01-2012: The last few days our bank is suffering from connection problems. most of the time we can not access our account to see which payments did came in. Customers who use iDeal have to check if their order is put on "processing" automatically. If not let us know since this is also a problem with our Bank. We manage to connect to our bank account a couple of times each day and then process orders in a hurry because we dont know if we will be cut off, or if the problems will be solved.. So there can be a slight delay in response or shipments..

We are already out of stock again with Fatshark Dominators. you can still pre-order them from now to be one of the first who gets them from a them shipment middle of februari when chinese new year is over..

24-01-2012: Everything is closed in China now to celebrate Chinese New year. In china they will pick up work again begin 2th week of februari. Untill then we have to work from our stock untill we get new shipments from China. Needless to say we wont hear anything from ImmersionRC untill CNY is over. Then the wait starts again.. As told as before from today you cant cancel your ImmersionRC order anymore for a refund, instead you can get a voucher for the amount so this will be your discount on the next order. This is only for orders placed in 2011, orders from 2012 can still be changed, or refunded! Since everything is closed now we focus to improve our shop with new software and better administration. Also RMA will be improved as well. Working hard with PayPal and UPS to integrate their software as well, how we like it. PayPal fees will be automatically be added to the shipping costs, but PayPal had it working for a while and now they need to start over again because it was not 100% working yet.
UPS is changing their USA module for european use so we can use it with our store here. Once done we can finally ditch the local postal services which screw up a lot lately.... Specially in December.

Once UPS is working we will start with DHL as well. Maybe Fedex, but untill now Fedex wasnt very helpfull putting a little effort into the issue to have their shipping working with our store. their loss i guess, we dont need them but it would be nice to have it since the customer can pick the parcel service he/she wants then. If fedex doesnt want to make money out of it with a little effort to put into this, so be it...As far as we believe it, they need us, we dont need them.. specially in this time... but lets see what happens if their competition has it working here...

some extra staff will also be hired soon to give even more service. It sometimes takes a while to update the page here, but it is so busy here at the moment.. we even dont have time to send out newsletters. Hopefully this will change soon...

18-01-2012: FatShark shipment came in late today, going through all orders now and ship out tomorrow.

17-01-2012: First thing, the current 600mW 5.8GHz transmitter, that has been sold over the past 12 months or so, is going obsolete. This is mainly due to the fact that the RF module that we use is no longer available.
The (very) good news is that it is being replaced with a version with better specs, much smaller size, and the same cost. http://www.immersionrc.com/datasheets/600mw_58ghz_datasheet_09_01_2011.pdf
Customers that want to stick with their order and have orders pending now will get the new version of the immersionRC 600mw transmitter.
Unfortunatly we just received an email that ImmersionRC did NOT ship out our order and now it is DELAYED AGAIN untill after chinese new year. So all ImmersionRC products on backorder have to wait untill ImmersionRC is read to ship.
So expected delivery of Immersion is now mid Februari according to ImmersionRC, so we do not promise anything... This problem is for all retailers of ImmersionRC products..

Hope to receive the Fatshark shipment soon. fatshark forgot to give us the tracking code for the shipment before they closed for Chinese New year, so we dont know the day when we will have the shipment. It can be today, but also end of this week.. We will expand our products from eagle tree on request of customers so slowly we will get more of their products in stock.

Important notice:  since we need to close up administration for 2011 and also close up orders we let you know that Up to 24 januari you still can cancel ImmersionRC orders for a refund,  after 24 januari you can not cancel ImmersionRC pre-orders, instead we will give out a discount vouchers or you can change to another product. This is only for orders placed in 2011!! Orders for the ICR 600mw placed in 2012 can still be changed or altered this year. Refund is also no problem. We just can not tell when we will get our ImmersionRC shipment. For the last days there was no contact with Immersion in china, but they seem to be very busy to get all things going. unfortunately we are pretty sure their saying to ship out before chinese new year can not be done. The 600mw transmitetrs already have a delay again untill after CNY. It is pretty anoying for the customer and as well for us and we will understand if you dont want to wait any longer. needless to say there are many other products to replace your immersion order.

14-01-2012: fatshark Dominators are almost out of stock. from the shipment we get after the weekend almost all are sold on pre-orders but still a couple left. New shipment with dominators will arive again around the 1st week of februari after chinese new year. The order that comes in now was already a flash order since we stockked Fatshark product pretty well for december and january. But DEcember sales where so high we could not forsee that all headsets would be sold out that fast. RCV922AE is no problem, those are stocked well...

12-01-2012: Talked with Immersion today. They are still ahead with the shipment before chinese new year but they do not have any 5.8 600mw transmitters in stock anymore. They all seem to be sold out for a while. They are in production again and can be shipped after chinese new year. So on the 5.8 600mw transmitters there will be an extra delay of at least 2 weeks. Also running low on IFtron 100mw transmitters but they are always re-stocked fast enough.

08-01-2012: Got some indications that ImmersionRC is working hard to ship out order but we did not got a confirmation yet that our long pending order is shipped yet, so still waiting on that one. New shipment of Fatshark is almost underway, it is possible we will have it end of this week or just after the weekend. The run on headsets was very high in december, we did not anticipate that. We had a very good stock of everything to catch up high January sales but could not imagine that December sales where so high this year. Now we are running to re-stock everything and be save for chinese newyear.

04-01-2012: Got some words from Immersion today. It seems all products are stocked and ready to ship out to the retailers. So hopefully we will have them soon. We will try to add some extra to our order before they can ship because mid january it is also Chinese Newyear and all factories in china are closed for 3 weeks. We already have a good stock at the moment and are waiting for extra shipment of Fatshark and IFtron. Also the new Scherrer 9ch receivers will be in stock next week and some new products will be added as well. The LawMate recievers and transmitters are almost out of stock and it can take at least to mid februari untill we have them again.

31-12-2011: After a very hectic and successfull 2011 we are already working on 2012 for a while. Trying to make the shop more user friendly since there are still some parts in the software we dont like or think it can be improved. We hope with new upcoming updates to make more and clear shipping options. So customer can choose between several larger parcel services (offcourse prices are a bit more then), but still the option to ship the normal 1th and 2th class.
trying to automated PayPal engine as well. PayPal is changing the module so the paypal fee could be integrated into the shipping costs, but we have to wait and see when this is going to happen.
A lot of new products are coming up as well and we are closing deals with manufacturers to get products we already have customized for the european market. Not to worry since the old version of certain products will also be sold.
Already a lot of new shipments are underway to have a good stock for january and overcome Chinese Newyear when all is closed for 3 weeks in china.

At the moment we are out of stock with Fatshark Dominators but they will come within 2 weeks again so you still can pre-order. Nothing heard anymore about ImmersionRC but that can be X-mass vacation. Last we heard that ImmersionRC will try to ship before chinese newyear (mid January), otherwise it will be a wait for an extra 3 weeks again for sure. Chinese newyear will be over 1st week of februari. We can only hope they ship before CNY.e


30-12-2011: After many requests for motors and esc/speed controllers for the RiteWing Zephyr 2, we also put it the standard (and best) pack for the Z2. This is the pack RiteWingRC recommends and also put on their planes.
It is online in the RightWingRC section. We will have them in stock in like 10 days

28-12-2011: Fatshark dominators are sold out, new shipment is expected in 2 weeks. We will take pre-orders during this time. Also the 5.8 modules for the dominators are on backorder now.

22-12-2011: Shipping out a lot before christmas holidays. Our shop will also be closed from 25 december to 28 december. So no shipments or phonecalls during this time.

19-12-2011: it's 08.30am here now and just talked with ImmersionRC about deliveries. it seems some products are not finished yet and waiting for parts for the EzOSD. Immersion cant say now when they can ship but we asked if it will be this year and the answer was "not sure". At least we do get feedback on this and wont be kept in the dark, which is worse ofcourse. new shipment date depends on the arrival of some electronics to finish up products and last thing that was mentioned was "before chinese new year". really sorry about that but nothing we can do from this side... wish we had some better news.

It seems that the postal service did not handle several shipment with care lately. Specially some Zephyr 2's that we shipped got damaged along the way to the customer. Those ones will be claimed with the postal services here. Due to this we now will order special made cartons for this size. They are not off the shelf cartons and it can take some days untill we have them for better shipping. If you order a Z2 now we can only ship them out in a couple of days. We dont want to risk this again with the postal service here. Due to this fact the price of the wing goes up with 2 euro. (actually the carton costs a bit more)..

18-12-2011: Al Gopro camera's come with a better free memory card now. Upgraded the Sandisk ultra 32gb class 4 15mb/s to a more expencive Sandisk EXTREME 32gB class10 30mb/s. The gopro's still have the same price. just a much better deal now :)

16-12-2011: worked on many orders today and we did forget that we order extra sets dominators. No problem to ship all out, we have enough left in stock now.

16-12-2011: Did send a msg to ImmersionRC today with the question if there was a probable shipping date already, no response yet so we figure NO. Have the large Icon A5 amfibiuous plane in stock again with new high quality electronics. The standard servo's and electronics did not hold up to expectation cause the plane is big and heavy and it really needs high quality electronics. So with the PnP model we put in new high quality products. The motor is big and powerfull, speed controller comes with a program board and adata logger. high quality servo's and so on. Makes the price go up a bit but it's worth it. Also some materials needed in the motors did go up in price like 300% which makes all brushless motors around the world also go up in price. The new Icon A5 has a new higher pricetag.
We will get the fatshark shipment today and hope to get all packed and shipped out in time. if we cant make it then it will be shipped monday and a lot of weekend work for us... oh well... :)

15-12-2011: Fatshark will be delivered to us tomorrow, due the many pre-orders this month it could be possible we already run out of dominator headsets again. Customers who ordered them this week could have to wait 1 week longer but we dont know yet. First we have to go on with packing and shipping and see how much there will be left. Customers who order now, take note that you might have to wait for the new shipment (or not). we first have to see what we get tomorrow and work our ass off to get it out before the weekend.

14-12-2011: Fatshark is hold up with customs. they picked our shipment out as random for extar inspaction of fake products from China. Tough luck to find it for them it it means same days delay. We just checked the tracking again and it seems to be released (after a phonecall to check up on it). They said it would be delivered Friday, but tracking says it can be here any minute. we will give it a call tomorrow again. The ICON A5 palne PnP is in stock again after a long wait. there were some problems getting the right electronics. Prices on motors did go up as well due to some materials used in the motors that did go up 300% in price lately. It seems some factories flooded the last times due disasters and now the prices went up...

13-12-2011: Please take note that Postal services are slower with deliveries during the coming weeks!

12-12-2011: According to tracking fatshark will be delivered wednesday at the end of the day. ImmersionRC told us they could ship out our order in 2 days, just laying the hand now on programming the last UHF systems. So all is done soon ;)

10-12-2011: Working on some new products for the store. Also got extra 12ch Scherrer UHF receivers so we have a decent stock now. Still waiting for the 8ch Scherrer UHF receivers which are almost completed, so they come soon again. Fatshark shipment with new headsets is underway and hopefully we have them end of this week.

08-12-2011: Unpacking and packing the Zephyr's 2 at the moment and will ship out today. A little difficult since there is no carton yet to ship it in that fits the size. So we carefully wrap single units into very thick protection plastics and tape it together to make a package. Once shipped always check when it is delivered for damage or things. parcel services needs to take care of shipments but we all know they can throw around shipments. Also carefull with cutting it open on the sides, not to deep to prevent cutting into your wing.. Just an extra caution.

We hope to go out today to find a good supplier with the right size of cartons just for the wings to ship out.

Also spoken with Chris from ImmersionRC. Hopefully he can ship out after the weekend. Just laying the last hands on the duo5800's and make them ready to be shipped. Once shipped we will accept pre-orders for the EzUHF systems. We also lowered the price of the units since we now know the final prices. We only get a small batch of UHF systems so be fast ordering. But we expect to place a new bigger order again once this order is with us.

07-12-2011: Zephyr 2's are delivered late in the afternoon. We will process them tomorrow and ship them out to the customers..

06-12-2011: Some news from ImmersionRC. It seems the EzUHF is really coming soon. We already placed an order for a small batch and hope to have them within 2 weeks. Hopefully they can be packed with our pending order, then all products will finally be in stock again. And we will try to keep it this way. As soon we have confirmation the UHF sets are underway to us you can pre-order them. be fast, we wont get that many with the first shipment.

03-12-2011: The new Hi-Res camera's are online now. Will go and add more camera's soon when we make a new order with this manufacturer. At the moment we are more then happy with the size, weight and quality of those new camera's. The camera's are Plug & Play With IFtron products.
Could not make it with orders to the post office yesterday, they already closed when we where done packing. All orders ship out today and will be handled monday with the parcel services.
Still waiting for ImmersionRC to tell when they are ready to ship our order. Then we can make our payment and everything will be in process. Once shipped from China it will take around 7 days to get here. Then we can ship out the ImmersionRC backorders. Hopefully some UHF sets come along as well.

02-12-2011: Shipment with SCherrer UHF just came in and working on the orders now. It also seems we already run out of 12ch receivers because many customers order an extra piece. Some order have to wait untill next week when we receive an extra shipment of SCherrer with 12channel receivers. MyFlyDream antenna tracking units also came in and are available now. New 700TVL camera's also came in and hope to put them up for sales sunday or so... A bit short of hands and time at the moment but doing our best :)

Zephyr 2´s are with customs now and will be released any moment. Since they dont work in the weekends we hope to have them monday or tuesday!.

01-12-2011: Having a problem with the postal service here and the delivery of Lawmate products. Somehow they returned the shipment to Lawmate and trackcing says it has been refused by us. This is not the case ofcourse and called the postal service about it. At the moment they try to intercept the shipment before it leaves europe again and they will call us back today. We already said that this shipment has to come back, even on the costs of the postal service. We only hope they can catch the shipment again otherwise it will be a delay again for 10 days or so... Bummer... sorry about that.

29-11-2011: Expecting some shipments today. The Lawmate shipment with DVR's still seem to be stuck at customs, we will call them in a hour what  the problem and hold up is.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!! : There seems to be an slight problem with some EzOSD current sensors. More specifically pins of the EzBUS and TX PWR connectors that needed clipping prior to the foam backed metallic foil sticker being put on have not been clipped. This results in the chance of these pins being piercing through the foam backing of the sticker and being pressed against the metallic foil of the sticker, causing for a short and potentially a defect on the current sensor.

28-11-2011: Tracking the Zephyr 2's. Seems to be underway from phoenix AZ, they are still sleeping there so next update will be tonight EU time.. Also added a new handy camera to the store. Normal use is a car blackbkox in full HD, but since it is very lightweight it could also be used for Flight recording.. It does not has a video output so cant be used as FPV cam. IFtron shipment also came in today, will work on that today as well and ship orders out tomorrow since we are very busy with other orders at the store today..
 
26-11-2011: Added new Feiyu-tech data radio's to the store for long range data transfers! IFtron shipment is expected monday or Teusday. Got word from ImmersionRC (chris), according to him IRC solved their administration problems soon and should ship out orders again end of this week. Many products are in stock with IRC and EzUHF is also up fro programming. That will hopefully arive soon as well.

25-11-2011: Just received the Pocket RX and TX. they are in stock again. Still waiting for Lawmate, the shipment seems to be on hold a bit with customs. Hopefully it will be released soon. Still waiting on IFtron as well, we dont have a tracking nr so cant tell when we have it in here. Sill cant get hold on ImmersionRC shipments. Nobody is online to ask when shipments will go out... Bummer. but whats new...
